2. Data We Collect
We collect and process personal data that you provide voluntarily through our contact forms, estimation forms, newsletter sign-ups, or when you contact us directly. This data includes: name, email address, phone number, and details about your property (address, size, condition, etc.).
3. Purposes and Legal Basis
We process your data for the following purposes: (a) responding to your inquiries or requests (performance of a pre-contractual step), (b) sending you newsletters or updates with your explicit consent (consent), (c) carrying out market studies or statistical analysis (legitimate interest).
4. Data Sharing and Transfer
Your personal data is treated confidentially and is only shared with partners, service providers (such as hosting and email systems), or real estate developers when strictly necessary to process your request. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Contact inquiries are retained for up to 3 years after our last contact. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, request the restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, please email contact@mareapro.lu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale pour la Protection des Données (CNPD) in Luxembourg.
